Hey there!
I’m Gina, a self-taught UX Designer. I have a background in psychology and early childhood education.
As an educator, I loved being able to be creative with my kids, along with better understanding them in order to advocate for their needs. This was something that lead me to UX design.
Taking Google’s Certification for UX Design gave me an in-depth understanding of UX design principles, create unique projects, and collaborate with others.
Since completing my certification, I have been interning at a start-up, creating a new website to connect career changers and students to network, find jobs, and connect with free mentors.
A little more about me…
This is Noodle, a corn snake. He’s super friendly and loves to be held. Noodle loves to climb around his home, but he’s a bit of a klutz (sometimes you'll hear him fall into his water dish).
I love plants. They bring me a sense of calmness and joy. You can find me walking around nurseries looking at the beauty of all the different plants. You can never have too much right?
They say you have two stomachs: one for food and another for dessert. You will never see me turn down dessert. It’s definitely my greatest weakness.
